System Executive (Changi)

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers.
• Identify and escalate priority issues as per client specifications
• Process client service requests and redirect problems to the appropriate resource
• Provide support on documentation, including procedural documentation
• Act as a liaison between customers and Tier 2 support regarding problem escalation.
• Provide client support and technical issue resolution via email and phone
• Perform mailbox migrations between Exchange systems, as well as from other vendors to Exchange, in accordance with procedures to ensure seamless transitions
• Perform health checks and monitor system availability and functionality.
• Provide operational support to system infrastructures.

Requirements:

• Experience supporting applications on UNIX/LINUX platforms and databases preferred
• Experience in Windows Server, VM, and ITIL would be advantageous
• Motivated individual with a challenger spirit and leadership qualities
• Troubleshooting and customer-handling skills would be advantageous
• Able to work on site with some physical lifting required
