INTERIOR DESIGNER

•⁠ ⁠Meet clients to understand their renovation needs, preferences and budget.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare interior design concepts, space planning and layout drawings.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare 2D drawings, 3D drawings and design presentations.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare renovation quotations and material selections.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers and site workers.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct site measurements and site inspections.

•⁠ ⁠Monitor project progress and ensure work is carried out according to the approved design.

•⁠ ⁠Handle project follow-up from design stage to completion.

•⁠ ⁠Any other duties related to interior design and renovation projects.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Diploma / Certificate in Interior Design, Architecture or related field.

•⁠ ⁠Experience in interior design / renovation is preferred.

•⁠ ⁠Familiar with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Enscape or other design software.

•⁠ ⁠Able to read and understand technical drawings.

•⁠ ⁠Good communication and interpersonal skills.

•⁠ ⁠Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.

•⁠ ⁠Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.

•⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of renovation materials and construction processes will be an advantage.

•⁠ ⁠Singapore Class 3 driving licence is an advantage.
