School ICT Executive (Jurong East)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy ICT Executive to manage school infrastructure, provide multimedia support, and conduct lessons for primary school students at an institution in Jurong East.

• Device & Technical Support: Manage all ICT equipment, gadgets, shared mobile carts, and peripherals under the ICT department's purview. Deliver system applications troubleshooting and on-site user support for school staff and students. Collaborate closely with deployed school Desktop Engineers (DE).
• Event Audio-Visual (AV) Operations: Take charge of sound systems, projectors, and device setups during active school celebrations and localized events (e.g., National Day, Festive Celebrations, Grad Nights, and Founder's Day).
• Media Production & Logistics: Produce and edit high-quality audio/video assets for school projects. Perform regular tracking, testing, and lifecycle sorting for non-SSOE devices and specialized Applied Learning Programme (ALP) robotics assets.
• Digital Literacy Training: Plan and directly conduct technological skills lessons for primary school students, covering basic Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace tools, and video editing interfaces.

Working Hours

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Includes a 1-hour lunch break).
• Fridays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Includes a 1-hour lunch break).
• Note: Physical deployment is strictly not required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays.

• Education & Compliance: Minimally possess a Diploma in any field. Candidates must be a Ministry of Education (MOE) registered instructor or eligible for immediate registration.
• Experience: Prior experience working as an ICT Executive, AV/Media Specialist, or an identical tech support capacity within a local school setting is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace systems.Familiarity with inventory tracking and basic IT troubleshooting.Working competence with production hardware, sound mixers, and video editing software.
• Soft Skills: Meticulous approach to asset data logs, robust interpersonal skills, and fluent spoken/written English communication.
