E-commerce & Social Media Executive

**E-commerce & Social Media Executive (Shopee / TikTok /Social Media)

| S$2,500 – S$4,500 per month | Full-time

We are active on major e-commerce platforms in Singapore, with many years of professional experience in second-hand computers. We refurbish and sell quality business laptops, including Lenovo ThinkPad, Dell Latitude and HP EliteBook, online and from our shop. We are moving into a bigger space and growing our online team.

Job Responsibilities

• Run our online stores on major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and TikTok: listings, pricing, vouchers, promotions and campaigns

• Manage our social media accounts: plan and post content, reply to comments and messages, and grow followers and engagement

• Reply to customer chats and reviews on the platforms, and pass technical questions to our technicians

• Support live-selling sessions with our team

• Take product photos and simple short videos of our laptops for the online stores and social media

• Track sales, ad spend and performance, and share a simple weekly report with ideas to improve

• Work with the team to keep stock and listings accurate (each refurbished laptop is a unique unit)

Requirements

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience running online stores on major e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee and TikTok), including listings, promotions and ads

• Experience managing social media accounts for a business, with examples of results you have achieved

• Good written English; Mandarin is a plus

• Organized and careful with details such as prices, stock and orders

• Patient with customers, responsible and honest

• Keen to learn; an interest in laptops and technology is a plus

• An advantage: experience shooting and editing short videos (for example with CapCut). Feel free to share samples of your work.
