Job Summary

You will perform front of house duties including taking food and drink orders, clearing and setting tables, maintaining dining area cleanliness, and completing closing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and preparing the area for the next day’s operation.

Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders accurately to ensure timely service
• Clear and set up tables efficiently to maintain smooth dining operations
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area consistently to meet hygiene standards
• Perform closing duties including sweeping and mopping floors to prepare the dining area for the next day
• Set up tables for the following day’s operation to ensure readiness
• Remove trash from the dining area promptly to maintain a clean environment
