- Supervise workers to ensure they perform their tasks properly and safely
- Monitor work progress and report site issues, delays and manpower requirements to the Project Manager.
- Coordinate manpower, work schedules, materials and equipment at the construction site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
- Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and workers to coordinate site activities.
- Assist in checking work quality and rectifying defects or site issues.
- Maintain daily site records, attendance records, work progress reports and other project documentation.
- Ensure workers follow workplace safety requirements and site safety procedures.
