Flow Manager (Aerospace)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end operational flow from disassembly through pre-kitting.
• Monitor WIP, production priorities, manpower and daily performance.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks to improve throughput and turnaround time.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering and Quality teams.
• Driv e Lean Manufacturing, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor productivity, quality, delivery, lead time and labour utilisation.
• Investigate operational issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead, coach and develop supervisors, team leaders and production personnel.
• Maintain strong shop-floor discipline, safety and operational standards.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or related field.
• 5+ years of people-management experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or MRO experience required.
• Aerospace experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma.
