HR Executive

We are a sales and marketing company specialising in offline customer acquisition. We work with brands across the financial technology, education and energy sectors to plan and execute roadshows, mall activations and exhibition campaigns across Singapore.

We are looking for an HR Executive to recruit and support the sales and event teams responsible for delivering these campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Recruit full-time and part-time sales staff

• Post job advertisements and source candidates

• Screen candidates and arrange interviews

• Follow up on interviews, offers and onboarding

• Prepare employment documents and maintain staff records

• Coordinate manpower requirements with sales and operations teams

• Assist with general HR and administrative duties

Requirements

• At least 2 years of HR or recruitment experience

• Experience recruiting sales, retail, event or frontline staff is preferred

• Good communication and organisational skills

• Able to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment targets

• Responsible, resourceful and able to work independently
