Role Overvie Affluent Software re Innovations Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant with 5–6 years of relevant experience to join our SAP SuccessFactors practice in Singapore.
The consultant will specialize in Time Off, Time Tracking, Attendance,and Employeee Time Management, working with HR and business teams to desigand implementnt solutions for leave management, working-time policieattendance processesses, overtime, time recording, and payroll-related time integration.
Hands-onimplementation experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities: Lead functional activities for SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementations.
· Work with HR, payroll, and business stakeholders to understand organizationaltime-management policies.
· Analyze existing attendance, leave, shift, overtime, and working-hour processes.
· Translate business requirements into scalable SuccessFactors Time Management solutions.
· Configure and maintain Time Off and Time Tracking functionality.
· Designed time-management processes based on employee groups, locations, work schedules, and business rules.
· Configure different types of leave, absence, and time-off policies.
· Set up eligibility criteria, accrual rules, holiday calendars, and time-offbalances.
· Configure employee self-service processes for leave requests, approvals, cancellations, and adjustments.
· Configure working-time arrangements, work schedules, shifts, and time-recording requirements. Support attendance and time-entry processes, including employee and manager timesheet activities.
· Configure overtime, time valuation, allowances, and related time-management scenarios.
· Define and configure approval workflows for time-off and time-related transactions.
· Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, permissions, and validation logic.
· Supportdifferent employee populations with country-, location-, oremployee-group-specific time policies.
· Perform configuration testing and resolve functional issues.
· Work closely with payroll teams to ensure accurate transfer of relevant time and absence information.
Support integration between SuccessFactors Time Management, Employee Central, payroll, and external attendance systems.
Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, Go-Live, and hypercare activities.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration workbooks, process documentation, and test scenarios.
· Conductend-user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
Provide production support and assist with continuous improvement initiatives.

Implementation Experience – Mandatory: Candidates must have participated in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Management implementations. Experience should ideally cover:
