- Must have 10+ years of overall experience with extensive experience in technical delivery, software development and project management.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python, Django and RESTful APIs, with the ability to understand and guide application architecture and development.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including planning, requirements, development, testing, deployment and production support.
- Manage cross-functional technical teams, stakeholders and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, quality and adherence to project objectives.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, API integration, application architecture and troubleshooting.
- Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services or Insurance (BFSI) domain is preferred, with good understanding of enterprise technology environments.
