MANAGEMENT TRAINNEE

Job Responsibilities

• Participate in structured training across F&B operations, including service, kitchen coordination, cashiering and daily outlet operations.
• Learn and assist in managing day-to-day outlet operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
• Support outlet managers in staff scheduling, attendance, manpower allocation and daily task assignments.
• Assist in monitoring service quality, food quality, hygiene and outlet cleanliness.
• Handle customer feedback and assist in resolving operational issues professionally.
• Assist with stock control, inventory checks, ordering and wastage monitoring.
• Learn and monitor daily sales, costs, expenses and basic outlet performance.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies, food safety requirements and workplace regulations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new outlet staff.
• Prepare basic operational reports and provide feedback on outlet performance and improvement areas.
• Take on increasing responsibilities as part of the management development programme.
• Be prepared to work at different outlets when required for training and operational support.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, Business Management, F&B Management or related fields preferred.
• Candidates with relevant F&B experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in developing a career in F&B management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle operational challenges.

Training & Career Development

The Management Trainee will undergo practical training in different areas of F&B operations and gradually take on supervisory and management responsibilities.
