Pricing Manager

Job Summary

Conduct analytical assessments of divestment and investment opportunities, support deal negotiation and execution, and collaborate with regional teams to align pricing and portfolio strategies for optimal business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze divestment and investment opportunities, new leasing transactions, restructurings, and proposed contract deviations to inform strategic decisions.
• Support the Sales Department during deal negotiation and execution by reviewing draft term sheets and proposals to optimize deal structure for maximum returns and risk reduction.
• Maintain current economic analysis inputs by consulting relevant information sources regularly.
• Engage effectively with regional Sales contacts to provide pricing support and ensure workflow alignment with regional priorities.
• Procure all relevant information necessary for comprehensive deal analysis.
• Actively participate in regional deal teams for all supported transactions to contribute expertise and insights.
• Execute project-based tasks related to portfolio strategy development and implementation.
• Conduct periodic project work to validate analytical methods used within the Pricing Team.
