About the Role

YES LEMON is a fast-growing handcrafted lemon tea brand in Singapore. We are looking for disciplined, responsible, and hardworking Baristas to support our daily store operations.

This is a hands-on operational role that requires physical stamina, speed, and strong execution ability. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Beverage Preparation

• Prepare handcrafted lemon tea and specialty drinks according to company SOP

• Perform manual lemon punching (core requirement of the role)

• Ensure consistency in taste, portion control, and presentation

• Minimise errors and drink wastage

Customer Service

• Serve customers in a professional and friendly manner

• Handle takeaway and delivery platform orders accurately

• Manage peak-hour crowd efficiently

Store Operations

• Perform opening and closing duties

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards (SFA compliance)

• Replenish stock and monitor ingredient levels

• Keep workstation organised at all times

Requirements

• Comfortable with repetitive lemon punching task

• Able to work weekends and public holidays

• Responsible, punctual, and disciplined

• Able to handle pressure during peak hours

• F&B experience is an advantage (training provided for beginners)
