Business Consultant – Client Solutions

This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy working with clients, understanding business needs and developing practical solutions. You will work closely with clients and internal teams across different business functions while gaining exposure to business operations, financial matters and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Business Development

• Build and maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients' business needs, challenges and objectives.
• Identify potential business opportunities and support client acquisition activities.
• Provide professional guidance and recommend suitable solutions based on client requirements.
• Follow up with clients and ensure a high level of service throughout the engagement.

Business Solutions

• Work closely with internal teams to develop practical solutions for clients.
• Coordinate client requirements and ensure solutions are delivered effectively.
• Assist in preparing business proposals, presentations and recommendations.
• Support clients in improving business processes and operational efficiency.

Business Analysis

• Conduct research on market conditions, industry developments and business trends.
• Analyse relevant information and identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare reports and presentations to support business and management decisions.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on business findings.

Operations & Risk Awareness

• Assist with monitoring client business activities and operational matters.
• Ensure relevant processes and documentation are properly maintained.
• Identify potential operational or compliance concerns and escalate them appropriately.
• Maintain accurate client and business records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management or a related discipline.
• Candidates with relevant experience in consulting, finance, accounting, business development or client management will have an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

SGD 3,200/month + performance-based commission

Business Consultant

Approximately 2–3 years of relevant experience

SGD 3,600 – SGD 4,200/month + performance-based commission

Senior Business Consultant

3+ years of relevant experience

SGD 4,500 – SGD 5,500/month + performance-based commission
