A Superfly Coach creates safe, fun and confidence-building experiences for children and young people through movement, games and physical challenges.
You do not need to be an expert in parkour to start. Training will be provided.
More importantly, we are looking for people who enjoy working with children, can bring positive energy to a group, and want to help students grow in confidence, resilience and physical ability.
The success of a coach is measured not only by what students learn, but by how they feel after every session.
Key Responsibilities1. Run Fun & Engaging Sessions
- Conduct structured movement-based classes
- Lead games, challenges and activities
- Adapt activities to different ages and abilities
- Keep students engaged and participating
- Create a positive and encouraging environment
2. Keep Students Safe
- Check the activity area before sessions
- Supervise students throughout the class
- Teach and reinforce safety rules
- Adjust activities where necessary
- Report incidents or safety concerns
3. Help Students Grow
- Encourage effort and perseverance
- Help students overcome fear and hesitation
- Celebrate individual progress
- Build confidence through achievable challenges
- Encourage teamwork, respect and positive behaviour
4. Create a Great Parent Experience
- Take photos and videos during sessions
- Provide updates after classes and camps
- Highlight student achievements
- Communicate professionally with parents
5. Support Daily Operations
- Arrive early and prepared
- Set up and pack equipment
- Take attendance
- Keep equipment and spaces organised
- Follow Superfly procedures and standards
6. Keep Improving
- Participate in coach training
- Learn movement and coaching techniques
- Seek feedback from senior coaches
- Develop communication and leadership skills
- Contribute ideas to improve the student experience

Technical movement skills can be taught. Attitude, energy and care for students matter much more.
