Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team to engage and educate customers on health supplements, delivering exceptional service and achieving sales targets in a vibrant retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Promote and demonstrate health supplements to customers at retail locations, pharmacies, or during events.
• Educate customers on the benefits, ingredients, and proper usage of products.
• Provide tailored health advice and product recommendations based on individual customer needs.
• Achieve daily and weekly sales targets while monitoring product performance.
• Maintain product displays to ensure they are neat, well-stocked, and aligned with branding standards.
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism and deliver outstanding service.
• Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to the sales or marketing team.
• Participate actively in promotional events, campaigns, and product launches as necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification of GCE N/O/A Levels or equivalent; a background in nutrition, health, or a related field is advantageous.
• Relevant experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for health and wellness.
• Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
