Junior Program Engineer (Operation NPI Program Management) (6-months contract)

Job Description

• Track project schedules, milestones, action items, and key deliverables.
• Support NPI projects from prototype builds through production release.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Follow up on project actions and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, and reports.
• Schedule and coordinate project review meetings and follow up on action items.
• Support manufacturing readiness, pilot builds, and production ramp-up activities.
• Assist with BOM validation, ERP setup, and engineering change implementation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and problem-solving activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in NPI, project coordination, manufacturing, or operations.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.) is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical drawings and GD&T is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
