Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including receiving, issuing, storage, and delivery of materials.
• Ensure timely delivery and maintain a high standard of service to internal and external customers.
• Address and resolve customer enquiries and complaints relating to store and logistics operations in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor and analyse store performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes, improve productivity, and minimise operational waste.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts and consignment stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Oversee the maintenance and control of store equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment is safe, properly maintained, and in good working condition.
• Ensure relevant equipment is properly calibrated and maintained according to operational requirements.
• Monitor and control costs relating to transportation, storage, and material handling to support efficient use of operational resources.
• Ensure compliance with the company's workplace safety and health requirements, safe work procedures, policies, and operational guidelines.
• Provide guidance, training, and development support to warehouse and store personnel.
• Lead and supervise the store team to ensure operational targets and departmental objectives are achieved.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in store, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing operations, with experience in a supervisory or team-leading capacity.
• Experience operating a forklift and reach truck will be an advantage.
• Valid Singapore forklift licence for 3-tonne and above equipment
• Good knowledge of warehouse safety regulations, material handling practices, and inventory control procedures.
• Strong understanding of store and logistics operations.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is preferred; working knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
• Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple operational priorities.
