Kitchen & Beverage Crew

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and food according to recipes and SOPs.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, light meals, snacks and other menu items.
• Prepare coffee, tea and other beverages.
• Assist with alcoholic beverage preparation where required and trained.
• Ensure food and beverage quality, portioning and presentation standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, bar and beverage areas.
• Always follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Receive, store and rotate ingredients and supplies properly.
• Monitor inventory and inform supervisors of low-stock items.
• Minimize food waste and ensure proper handling of ingredients.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Take customer orders and assist with service when required.
• Work closely with other team members during daily operations.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

• Previous experience in F&B, kitchen, café, barista or beverage operations is preferred.
• Basic food preparation and/or beverage-making skills are an advantage.
• Food Safety Course Level 1 certification is preferred.
• Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Good personal hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual and responsible.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to be cross trained across kitchen, beverage and service operations.
