Information Technology Consultant

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Exchange Hybrid, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint environments for enterprise users.
• Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support and resolve complex messaging, collaboration, and email-related issues.
• Manage Exchange components including shared mailboxes, distribution lists, meeting room mailboxes, and transport rules.
• Configure and support Microsoft Teams Voice, calling, meetings, recording, direct routing, and softphone solutions.
• Troubleshoot and support email gateway platforms such as Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and related messaging systems.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using PowerShell, Python, and Microsoft Graph API to improve operational efficiency.
• Support change management, system optimization, and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Exchange Hybrid environments in an enterprise setting.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience supporting enterprise voice solutions, Microsoft Teams Calling, meetings, and direct routing.
• Knowledge of email security and gateway solutions such as EOP, Trend Micro, IronPort, or similar platforms.
• Experience in scripting and automation using PowerShell; knowledge of Python and Microsoft Graph API is advantageous.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex messaging and collaboration platform issues.
• Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange, or Collaboration technologies are advantageous.
• Familiarity with Windows Server, VMware, Citrix, and related infrastructure technologies.
