Project Manager (3PL)

Responsibilities
- Lead projects from planning and implementation through go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring timelines, budgets and deliverables are achieved.
- Manage new customer implementations and warehouse ramp-ups, including manpower, equipment, layout, processes and operational setup.
- Coordinate site transfers, business migrations and operational transitions while ensuring minimal disruption and successful handover.
- Partner with IT teams on WMS, ERP and system enhancements, including UAT, automation initiatives and go-live readiness
- Translate customer requirements into operational solutions, lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to customers and management.
- Manage project budgets, risks, reporting and documentation while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, customer and company requirements.
Requirements
- Degree in Business / Engineering
- At least 4 years of project management experience in 3PL
