ARTISTIC DIRECTOR

Indian Bollywood Nightclub

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and experienced Artistic Director to lead the entertainment and artistic direction of our Indian Bollywood Night club.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Bollywood music, Indian dance, live entertainment, nightlife culture, and event production, with the ability to create memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the club's overall artistic and entertainment concept.

• Plan and coordinate Bollywood nights, themed parties, special events, and live shows.

• Select and coordinate DJs, dancers, singers, performers, choreographers, and guest.

• Create exciting dance shows, performances, stage concepts, and entertainment programs.

• Work closely with the DJ and entertainment teams to maintain a strong Bollywood/Indian music identity.

• Develop new creative concepts to increase guest engagement and repeat attendance. Manage rehearsals, performance schedules, and show quality.

• Maintain professional standards for performers and entertainment staff.

• Build relationships with artists, performers, agencies, and entertainment partners.

• Stay updated on Bollywood music, dance trends, and nightlife entertainment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in artistic direction, entertainment, nightlife, events, dance, music, or performance production.

• Strong knowledge of Indian Bollywood Dance and entertainment .

• Excellent creative and organizational skills.

• Experience managing artists and entertainment teams.

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

• Professional attitude with strong attention to detail.

• Existing relationships with DJs, dancers, performers, artists, and entertainment professionals will be an advantage.
