Brand Activation Partner (Wholesale Partners)

Location: Guoco Midtown, with regular travel to activation venues and wholesale partner stores

Salary: S$4,500–S$5,500 per month

Working Hours: 40 hours/week, with 1-hour lunch break

Contract: 1-year contract (renewable based on performance & business needs)

We are looking for a Brand Activation Partner (Wholesale Partners) to play a key role in bringing seasonal campaigns, product launches and retail experiences to life across our wholesale partner network.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the ground — working with retail partners, coordinating across teams, solving store-level challenges and making sure every activation delivers a strong and consistent brand experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Lead the execution of retail campaigns, product launches and brand activations across wholesale partner stores.

• Coordinate campaign materials, POSM, visual merchandising assets and other retail requirements to ensure everything is ready for launch.

• Work closely with wholesale partners and internal teams including Key Account Management, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and Supply Chain.

• Conduct regular store visits and retail checks to ensure strong execution of brand and visual merchandising standards.

• Support new store openings, renovations, shop-in-shop installations and other retail improvement projects.

• Manage activation timelines, calendars and project milestones, identifying potential delays or operational issues early.

• Provide hands-on support to resolve store-level challenges and ensure smooth execution at retail.

• Work alongside KAMs to identify opportunities to improve product visibility, presentation and sell-through.

• Track activation results, store compliance and launch readiness, and provide post-activation updates and reports.

• Monitor project requirements and budgets while ensuring agreed timelines and standards are met.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Retail Management or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in retail activation, trade marketing, visual merchandising, retail operations or project management.

• Experience working with wholesale partners, sportswear, fashion, FMCG or consumer retail brands will be an advantage.

• Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• Commercially aware and detail-oriented, with a practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.

• Confident communicating with both internal stakeholders and external retail partners.

• Comfortable working independently and spending significant time visiting stores and activation sites.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• A genuine interest in sports, lifestyle and the retail industry.
