Looking for a hands-on technical role where you can work with machinery, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement? Join our team as a Production Technician and gain valuable experience in machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and production support.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Troubleshoot machine and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement improvement measures to enhance production efficiency.

Analyse recurring equipment problems and recommend effective corrective and preventive actions.

Support machine model changes, including equipment setup, machine checks, and quality confirmation after each changeover.

Plan and carry out preventive maintenance for assigned production areas, while identifying opportunities to improve maintenance efficiency.

Ensure production and maintenance activities comply with relevant standards, QA/QC requirements, specifications, and ISO procedures.

Basic knowledge of CAD, SolidWorks, materials, and mechanical or pneumatic systems.

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and hands-on approach to troubleshooting.

Able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
