Job Overview: Oversee daily floor operations, supervise service staff, and ensure smoothrunning of the venue during shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise waitstaff, hosts, and floor operations
- Ensure service standards and SOPs are followed
- Manage guest flow, seating, and escalated complaints
- Coordinate with bar, kitchen, and security teams
- Conduct briefings and support staff performance
Requirements
- Prior supervisory experience in F&B/nightlife preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Able to stay composed under pressure
- Willing to work night shifts and weekends
