About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and organised Marketing & Operations Executive to join our growing personal care & wellness brand.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn how a consumer brand is actually built and run. You’ll work closely with the founders and get hands-on experience across e-commerce, operations, retail, events and marketing.

What You’ll Be Involved In

Day-to-day operations

• Helping to keep inventory organised
• Coordinating restocks and orders with existing retail stockists.
• Supporting daily order fulfilment and working with couriers and suppliers
• Managing day-to-day operations across Shopify, Shopee and Lazada.

Retail & events

• Help prepare for pop-ups, fairs and other brand events.
• Support event setup and logistics leading up to each event.
• Represent the brand and engage with customers on event days, including introducing products and assisting with sales.
• Be comfortable speaking with different people and creating a friendly, welcoming experience for customers.

Marketing & partnerships

• Supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns.
• Researching and reaching out to relevant local KOLs and content creators on IG and TikTok.
• Coordinating product seeding and maintaining relationships with creators and partners.

Who We’re Looking For

You don’t need to have everything figured out yet. We’re looking for someone who is:

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident, with no requirement for employer-sponsored work pass.

• Organised, responsible and willing to learn.
• Friendly, approachable and naturally comfortable talking to people
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Interested in brands, e-commerce, beauty, wellness.
• Happy to get involved in both practical day-to-day tasks and bigger growth projects.
• Detail-oriented, but also able to see the bigger picture.
• Someone who enjoys working in a small team where things move quickly and no two days are exactly the same.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous experience in e-commerce, retail, marketing or operations is a plus, but attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

• S$2,600–S$3,000/month, depending on experience.
