Stewarding Supervisor

• Assign daily tasks and coordinate work schedules for steward attendants and dishwashers.
• Conduct shift briefings, monitor staff grooming, and check performance.
• Train and coach new and existing team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety rules.

Hygiene & Sanitation Control

Enforce strict compliance with health, food safety, and sanitation guidelines (such as HACCP).Monitor dishwashing machine temperatures, chemical levels, and detergent dispensers.Inspect kitchens, dish stations, and back-of-house areas regularly for cleanliness.

Requirements :-

• GCE O Level with 3 years of stewarding supervisory work experience in Hotel Industry
• Candidate must be able to perform morning & Afternoon shift work
• Working location at Orchard Area
