AVIATION WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Basic $1,600 + $500 Allowances + OT

5-Day Work Week | Must be open to both shift

SALARY PACKAGE

• Basic: $1,600/month

• Shift Allowance: $300/month

• Forklift Allowance: $200/month

• OT Pay

Monthly package: $2,100 before OT

WORKING HOURS

Day: 7:30am – 4:45pm

Night: 4:45pm – 2:30am

• Saturday & Sunday off

• Must be able to work both day & night shifts

• Flexi shift arrangement

• Must be willing to work OT when required

JOB SCOPE

• Load/unload aircraft parts, materials and finished goods.

• Move aircraft parts and materials between warehouse, production, inspection and staging areas using forklifts and other material-handling equipment.

• Perform receiving, put-away, stock transactions, cycle counts and inventory updates using SAP.

• Verify purchase orders, delivery orders and shipping documents to ensure accurate part traceability.

• Conduct visual checks on incoming/outgoing parts and report discrepancies or damage.

• Prepare aircraft parts and materials for inspection, storage and shipment, including proper packing and labelling.

• Maintain warehouse safety, quality, housekeeping and 5S standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• GCE N/O-Level, ITE or equivalent

• Warehouse/logistics/shipping/receiving experience preferred

• Aviation/aerospace/MRO experience is an advantage

• SAP/WMS experience is an advantage

• Forklift licence/experience is an advantage

• Physically fit and able to lift/carry approximately 16–18kg

• Able to work both shifts and OT

• Safety-conscious and detail-oriented
