HR Executive
TRIPLE 'S' PROTECTION PRIVATE LIMITED
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to join our HR team and support the full spectrum of HR and manpower operations for our security officers and corporate employees.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Employee Administration
- Manage employee records, personnel files, leave, attendance and medical records.
- Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, warning letters, termination letters and other HR correspondence.
- Handle employee enquiries and provide timely HR support.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and manpower reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing in accordance with company policies.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage recruitment activities for Security Officers, Senior Security Officers and other operational positions.
- Coordinate interviews, selection, onboarding and deployment of new employees.
- Prepare employment documentation and onboarding materials.
- Coordinate with Operations on manpower requirements and deployment needs.
- Monitor recruitment requirements for new sites and replacement manpower.
MOM / Work Pass Administration
- Handle Work Permit and S Pass applications, renewals, transfers, cancellations and related matters.
- Monitor work pass expiry dates and ensure timely renewal or cancellation.
- Liaise with MOM and relevant agencies on work pass and employment matters.
- Maintain proper records of foreign workers and work pass documentation.
- Assist with compliance requirements relating to foreign employees.
Security Industry Compliance
- Assist with PLRD-related requirements and documentation.
- Maintain records relating to security officers' licences, training and certifications.
- Monitor training and licence requirements, including rank upgrades and mandatory courses.
- Support compliance with applicable security industry requirements and company SOPs.
Payroll & Attendance
- Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave and other payroll-related information.
- Work closely with Payroll and Operations to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Monitor absenteeism, MC, AWOL, lateness and other attendance matters.
- Follow up with employees and Operations on attendance discrepancies.
Employee Relations & Discipline
- Assist with disciplinary investigations, counselling and formal inquiries.
- Prepare relevant documentation for misconduct, absenteeism, lateness and other employment matters.
- Assist in handling employee grievances and workplace issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on disciplinary cases.
Training & Development
- Coordinate mandatory training and refresher courses for security officers.
- Monitor course completion and certification expiry dates.
- Liaise with training providers and employees on course arrangements.
- Maintain updated training records.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience in Singapore.
- Experience in the security services industry will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with MOM, Work Permit, S Pass and PLRD matters preferred.
- Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple HR matters simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with a large operational workforce.
Working Environment
This role is suitable for an HR professional who enjoys a hands-on HR environment, working closely with Operations, Payroll and Management to support a large team of security officers.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications
