Job Responsibilities

Participate in all stages of ERP project implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation maintenance.
Communicate with clients to understand their business needs and provide professional and practical solutions.
Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including requirements specifications, solution/design documents, test documentation, user manuals, and other relevant project materials.
Conduct system training for clients and provide support in addressing their questions and system-related inquiries.
Monitor project progress, coordinate with relevant stakeholders, and identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

At least 1 year of experience in software project implementation.
Candidates with experience in the following industries are preferred: Footwear / Apparel Home Furnishings Daily Chemicals / FMCG Beauty / Cosmetics Jewelry Food & Beverage

Familiarity with retail business processes, including: E-commerce / OMS Store POS Distribution Finance
Experience in business analysis and developing business solutions is preferred.

Ability to independently deliver small- to medium-sized software implementation projects.
Familiarity with software project delivery methodologies and processes.
Project management experience is preferred.
