Electrician

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building electrical systems and equipment.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults, power failures, and lighting systems.
• Install, test, and commission electrical wiring, switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and distribution boards.
• Maintain and service electrical panels, circuit breakers, transformers, and generators.
• Monitor and maintain emergency lighting systems and electrical safety devices.
• Attend to tenants' and building users' electrical maintenance requests.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements and electrical regulations.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Coordinate with contractors and service providers during maintenance and upgrading works.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, reports, and inspection checklists.
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and breakdowns.

At least 15 years of experience in electrical installation for commercial offices and buildings, including 3 years of supervisory experience.

Need to work Sunday and Public Holiday.

Every day Need to work overtime.

No Flexible Timing.

Must able to manage company work load.
