IT Engineer providing Tier 2/3 IT support for lab & manufacturing systems in a regulated environment.

This is a 12-month renewable contract, based at the client’s Woodlands site, working Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm onsite. Some after-hours standby may be required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Support lab & manufacturing systems, resolving Tier 2/3 issues
• Manage ServiceNow incidents & SLA-related issues
• Deploy software, patches & security tools using SCCM
• Troubleshoot complex Windows, Linux & infrastructure issues
• Perform root-cause analysis & support incident investigations
• Maintain system documentation, configurations & audit records
• Support IT projects across global & regional teams
• Create work instructions, test plans & knowledge articles

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU

• 6+ years in desktop, end-user or IT infrastructure support
• Required: experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, laboratory or other regulated environments
• Strong Windows & Windows Server experience
• Experience with Linux & cloud services
• SCCM or similar endpoint management tools
• System patching, software deployment & incident management
• Knowledge of AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, file sharing, databases, networks & firewalls
• PowerShell, SQL or similar scripting experience
• Good problem-solving & stakeholder communication skills

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT

• ITIL experience
• Microsoft certification
• Experience supporting global lab or manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of compliance requirements in regulated environments
