Retail Supervisor (5.5 days) - Central

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day retail store activities.
• Schedule staff shifts and manages attendance to ensure adequate store coverage.
• Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Drive sales performance and achievement of store targets.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment activities.
• Prepare and maintain operational records and reports.

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience including supervisory
• Experience in customer service, sales, and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
