Night Manager

As a Night Manager, you will oversee the overnight operations across all KINN Hospitality properties, ensuring smooth hotel operations, exceptional guest service, and a safe and secure environment. This role combines operational leadership, guest relations, team supervision, and night audit responsibilities to ensure seamless operations and service excellence throughout the night.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the night operations across all KINN Hospitality properties
• Ensure smooth hotel operations and service standards during the night shift
• Act as the Management Representative and handle operational matters independently
• Attend to guest enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service recovery
• Liaise with external authorities and emergency services when required
• Conduct the End-of-Business-Day (EOD) Night Audit and ensure reports are completed and distributed accurately to respective departments
• Monitor hotel safety, security, and regulatory compliance throughout the night
• Supervise, guide, and support the Night Team to ensure operational excellence
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate team members' performance, including counselling where required
• Ensure proper shift handover and communicate key operational updates to the day team
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in hotel operations
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Proficient in Opera Cloud / OPERA Property Management System (PMS) or similar hotel management systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing and able to travel between KINN Hospitality properties as required
• Able to work permanent night shifts, including weekends and public holidays
