Customer Service Executive – Adoption Operations

Location: Nearest MRT, Caldecott

Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm

Salary: Up to $3.3K/month

Start Date: Immediate

Duration: 12-month contract

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to support the Adoption Operations team in managing enquiries, appeals and administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming email enquiries relating to the social investigation process.
• Respond accurately and professionally to enquiries from members of the public, MPs, lawyers and the Courts.
• Escalate matters to the appropriate officer when required.
• Support the end-to-end management of MP appeals, including drafting response letters for Directors’ approval.
• Follow up with relevant officers to ensure timely closure of ongoing appeals.
• Assist with case allocation and general administrative support.
• Maintain records, prepare reports and support ad-hoc operational tasks.

Key Requirements

• At least a Degree and relevant experience in customer service, administration, operations or a related field.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in written and spoken English, as the role involves handling enquiries and preparing formal correspondence.
• Ability to draft clear, accurate and professional emails, letters and other written communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint for managing correspondence, preparing documents, tracking information and supporting reports.
• Ability to handle enquiries from members of the public and other stakeholders with empathy, patience and professionalism.
• Good organisational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to manage follow-ups and complete assigned matters.
• Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information responsibly and in accordance with relevant procedures.
