Supervisor

We are seeking a Supervisor to coordinate furniture and carpentry installation work at project sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installers and workers during site delivery, assembly and installation.

• Plan daily assignments and coordinate schedules with the factory, drivers and project team.

• Check site measurements, drawings, materials and work requirements before installation.

• Monitor workmanship and progress, and resolve issues that arise on site.

• Conduct quality checks and arrange rectification of defects.

• Keep records of work progress and report updates to management.

• Ensure workers follow site rules and safe work procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in furniture installation, carpentry, renovation or interior fit-out work.

• Able to read drawings, take measurements and coordinate work on site.

• Good communication, problem-solving and team supervision skills.

• Able to travel between project sites as required.
