CyberArk Engineer

We are seeking a hands-on CyberArk Engineer to join a team supporting an enterprise Privileged Access Management (PAM) infrastructure and operations environment.

The ideal candidate is well organised, self-driven, risk- and compliance-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly technical environment. The role requires strong prioritisation, responsiveness, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, operate and support the organisation’s Privileged Access Management (PAM) framework, infrastructure and processes.
• Drive automation and integration of CyberArk infrastructure with other systems to achieve straight-through processing and reduce manual work.
• Perform day-to-day support, monitoring, upgrades, patching, configuration and management of CyberArk infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing operational support, including management reporting and dashboards for governance and oversight of privileged accounts and passwords.
• Work closely with engineering and operations teams to ensure the availability, security, and reliability of the PAM environment.
• Support regional CyberArk operations and integrations, including API-based integrations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience in CyberArk, including deployment, configuration, administration, management, and support of CyberArk infrastructure components.
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk APIs and system integrations, preferably in a regional or enterprise environment.
• CyberArk certification(s) will be an advantage.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and SQL skills, particularly for developing management reports and supporting privileged account operations.
• Experience with Tableau for data visualisation and dashboard development.
• Experience with AngularJS or similar web development technologies.
• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), risk management, compliance, governance, and controls.
• Good understanding of enterprise operating systems and databases, including Windows, Unix/Linux, MSSQL and MariaDB.
• Prior experience administering or supporting these platforms is preferred.
• Experience working in a banking or financial services environment will be an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience and qualifications/certifications.
