ServiceNow Consulting Architect (Financial Services), Technology Consulting

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to support the delivery of enterprise service management and workflow transformation initiatives for financial services clients across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design scalable and sustainable ServiceNow platform solutions aligned with client business objectives and technology strategies.
• Engage business and technology stakeholders to assess requirements, define target-state architectures, and recommend implementation approaches.
• Lead solution design activities across ServiceNow engagements, including platform configuration, integration architecture, workflow automation, and governance considerations.
• Provide architecture guidance throughout project delivery, from solution definition and design through deployment and post-implementation support.
• Support integration initiatives involving external applications, APIs, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Conduct platform assessments and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and user experience.
• Develop architecture artefacts, technical design documents, and implementation standards.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution quality, scalability, maintainability, and alignment with architectural principles.
• Facilitate workshops, architecture reviews, and client presentations to communicate recommendations and implementation roadmaps.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 6 years of experience delivering ServiceNow solutions, including architecture and design responsibilities.
• Consulting experience within Financial Services environment
• Hands-on experience across ServiceNow capabilities such as ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, IRM/GRC, Asset Management, or related modules.
• Experience designing integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, and other enterprise integration technologies.
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, CAD, or equivalent qualifications will be advantageous.
