Online Sales Representative - Part-Time Home-Based (在线客服与预约销售 - 居家兼职)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle real-time customer inquiries received via WhatsApp Business, Website Live Chat, XiaoHongShu DMs, and Facebook Messenger.

Qualify customer needs regarding window film requirements (property type, square footage, solar heat issues) or renovation budgets.

Present product options (V-KOOL, 3M, LLumar, and proprietary film packages) and provide instant preliminary price estimates.

Book qualified appointments for field sales consultants to perform on-site measurements and technical demonstrations.

Maintain and update lead records diligently in the company’s CRM system.

Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or online sales support is an advantage.

High degree of self-discipline, responsive, and comfortable working remotely from home.

Possess a reliable home computer/laptop and stable high-speed internet connection.

Language proficiency: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (spoken & written) to respond quickly and professionally to diverse online inquiries.

锁定意向客户，成功预约线下销售顾问上门进行免费测量与现场隔热演示。

及时将客户信息与沟通记录录入并更新至公司 CRM 系统。

任职要求：

具备电话销售、在线客服或网络销售支持相关工作经验者优先。

具备高度的自律性、极快的响应速度，能适应居家远程办公模式。

自备良好的电脑设备及稳定的高速宽带网络。

语言要求：精通中英双语（快速且精准的双语文字输入与沟通能力），以应对多语种线上咨询。
