ENGINEERING MANAGER

Job Summary

Oversee and lead engineering service operations within the Singapore construction sector, driving project delivery that meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards while optimizing operational efficiency and team performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineering service operations on-site to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards
• Coordinate cross-functional construction teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget
• Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable construction regulations and safety requirements
• Develop and implement operational processes to enhance efficiency and improve project outcomes
• Provide targeted guidance and technical support to team members to resolve challenges and improve performance

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Singapore Class 4 Driving License

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• Demonstrate at least 10 years of work experience in the Singapore construction sector
