Java developer (Kafka, Flowable, State Machine, JMS, Spring Cloud, SOAP, GraphQL, Kubernetes)

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
Develop reliable APIs and service integrations to support complex enterprise applications and business workflows.
Build asynchronous and event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka and messaging technologies.
Design and implement workflow-driven applications using Flowable Workflow Management and State Machine concepts.
Develop secure application services using Spring Security, OAuth, and JWT.
Work on distributed applications deployed in Docker and Kubernetes environments.
Design service components that support high transaction volumes, concurrency, availability, and performance requirements.
Integrate backend services with web applications and external enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, and other API technologies.
Collaborate with architecture, product, QA, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Perform technical troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, performance optimization, and production issue resolution.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, automated testing, and continuous improvement of development practices.
Provide technical guidance to developers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices .

8+ years of experience in Java-based enterprise application development.
Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture.
Mandatory experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven/asynchronous application development.
Mandatory hands-on experience with Flowable Workflow Management and State Machine Workflow.
Strong experience with Spring Security, OAuth, and JWT.
Experience in REST APIs, SOAP, GraphQL, and OpenAPI.
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in enterprise application environments.
Experience in Spring Cloud, JPA/Hibernate, and enterprise Java/Jakarta EE.
Experience with messaging technologies such as JMS or RabbitMQ is preferred.
Strong database experience with Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, or MongoDB.
Experience in design patterns, object-oriented programming, TDD/BDD, and automated testing.
Experience with Jenkins/GitLab CI/CD, Maven/Gradle, SonarQube, and Git-based development workflows is preferred.
Experience developing high-availability, high-volume enterprise applications, preferably within banking, financial services, or other transaction-intensive environments.
Strong troubleshooting, system-design, code-review, and technical collaboration skills.
