Retail Associate – Fashion & Lifestyle | Orchards / Somerset | Up to $3,200/mth

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Retail Associates to join a growing fashion & lifestyle retail team. If you enjoy creating a great shopping experience, keeping up with fashion trends and working in an energetic retail environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

Welcome and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.

Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable products based on their needs.

Provide product information and assist customers throughout their shopping experience.

Support customers with product selection, sizing and general enquiries.

Process purchases and payments accurately through the POS system.

Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks and merchandise organisation.

Maintain attractive and well-organised product displays.

Ensure the store is kept clean, presentable and ready for customers.

Support promotional activities and new product launches when required.

Work closely with the team to achieve store and sales targets.

Assist with other day-to-day retail operations as required.

What We're Looking For

Sales-driven and motivated to achieve targets.

Able to work well independently and as part of a team.

Previous retail, fashion or customer service experience would be advantageous.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.

Able to work retail shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
