Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service delivery

• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, workplace safety standards, and licensing requirements

• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock control, and cost management to optimize resources
• Analyze sales and operational data to develop and implement strategies that meet revenue and profitability goals
• Address customer feedback promptly and professionally to resolve issues and maintain positive relations
