We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join Tote Board, supporting both network and endpoint infrastructure across the organisation. The role covers the full infrastructure lifecycle from planning and design through implementation, operations, maintenance and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end network infrastructure, including planning, design, procurement, implementation and ongoing operations.

• Support and improve LAN, WAN, routing, network security and related infrastructure.

• Participate as a network SME for infrastructure and business projects.

• Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents and perform firmware/software upgrades.

• Support network architecture reviews and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

• Manage endpoint infrastructure across planning, deployment, operations, maintenance and retirement.

• Administer Microsoft endpoint technologies such as Microsoft Intune, M365 and related endpoint management platforms.

• Handle endpoint provisioning, OS imaging, software packaging/deployment, patching, firmware updates and device lifecycle activities.

• Support endpoint hardening, vulnerability remediation, security compliance and audit requirements.

• Manage infrastructure projects, vendors, procurement, project timelines and stakeholder communications.

• Develop and maintain SOPs, technical documentation, operational standards and knowledge articles.

• Lead or coordinate onsite support engineers where required.

• Support incident, change and problem management activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a relevant discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience covering both desktop/endpoint operations and network infrastructure operations.

• Experience with server/LAN room setup and infrastructure project deployment.

• Strong knowledge of LAN, WAN, SDN, internet routing, network security and server/LAN room infrastructure.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft endpoint technologies such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Intune.

• Knowledge of ITIL processes.

• Experience in vendor and contract management.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Able to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Able to work independently and support after-hours activities when required.

Preferred

• Experience working in Singapore Government environments.

• Familiarity with Government ICT policies, standards and compliance requirements such as IM8.

• Relevant networking certifications.

• Microsoft / M365 certifications.

• ITIL V3 or above.
