Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end IT infrastructure, network, cloud, cybersecurity and systems implementation projects.

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, project scope, implementation plans and deliverables.

• Coordinate infrastructure, network, cloud, cybersecurity, application and vendor teams.

• Develop project schedules, milestones, resource plans, dependencies and technical deliverables.

• Manage system upgrades, migrations, deployments, integrations and technology rollouts.

• Coordinate technical activities including SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live and rollback planning.

• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, technical risks, issues and dependencies.

• Review technical designs, architecture documents, network diagrams and implementation plans.

• Manage vendors and system integrators to ensure technical deliverables meet requirements.

• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, change management and operational standards.

• Prepare project status reports, technical documentation and management presentations.

• Coordinate post-implementation support, knowledge transfer and handover to IT operations.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related discipline.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in technical project management, IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity or systems integration.

• Strong understanding of servers, networks, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity and enterprise IT systems.

• Experience with IT migration, system upgrades, infrastructure deployment or technology implementation.

• Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN, VPN, firewalls, virtualization, cloud and security technologies.

• Experience coordinating SIT/UAT, deployment, cutover and production go-live.

• Strong technical documentation, risk management, vendor management and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as MS Project, Jira or ServiceNow.

• PMP/PRINCE2, ITIL, cloud, networking or cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.
