Student Care Centre Manager [Pasir Ris / Tampines]

Location: Tampines and Pasir Ris

Salary: Up to $4,500 per month

Working Days: 5.5 days per week

About the Role

We are looking for a highly energetic and hands-on Centre Manager to oversee the daily operations of two student care centres located in Tampines and Pasir Ris.

This role is ideal for an experienced education or student care professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, engaging with students, parents and staff, and creating a positive and vibrant centre culture.

The Centre Manager will travel between both centres when required and play an important role in ensuring smooth centre operations, staff coordination and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the Student Care Centre, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a safe, conducive environment for students and staff.

• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of Student Care Teachers and support staff through training, performance management, and manpower planning.

• Plan and manage student care programmes, enrichment activities, and academic support initiatives to promote students' holistic development.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents by handling enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally while fostering strong community engagement.

• Drive centre growth through student enrolment, retention, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements to achieve business objectives.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Education, Early Childhood, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a Student Care Centre, Education Centre, Childcare Centre, Tuition Centre, or related educational setting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Passionate about working with children and supporting their development.
• Comfortable travelling between Tampines and Pasir Ris
