Assistant Project Manager (Building Construction/ Up to $8k)

Role: Assistant Project Manager

Working Hours (HQ office): Monday to Friday (8.00am – 5.45pm)

Location: Islandwide Singapore depend on the project location – Can be Central (Harbourfront/River Valley) or East (Bedok)

Budget: Up to $8k

Key Responsibilities

• Own business problems from definition through to implementation, structuring the analysis and testing your hypothesis along the way
• Interrogate operational and driver behaviour data to surface trends, size opportunities, and translate insights into initiatives with measurable outcomes
• Track the competitive and regulatory landscape, including competitor moves, pricing and incentive strategies, and LTA and other regulatory developments, and translate what you find into recommendations for the business
• Build the analytical case behind decisions: opportunity sizing, unit economics, scenario modelling, and honest post-implementation review of whether the change actually worked
• Develop deep knowledge of the industry and the driver journey, and use it to design and refine our value propositions
• Lead acquisition and retention initiatives by forming the hypothesis, designing the campaign or intervention, measuring the result, and iterating
• Work in cross-functional teams to deliver projects from ideation through implementation, influencing stakeholders without direct authority
• Run day-to-day supply-side operations across driver onboarding, support and compliance to a high standard of efficiency and quality, keeping operational data and documentation accurate enough to make decisions on
• Ensure operational readiness for new features, policies and programmes, including regulatory operations and the supporting documentation
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders through proactive follow-ups and ongoing support What you'll need
• A structured problem solver: able to take a vague, messy problem, break it into parts, work out what evidence would settle it, and reach a defensible answer under time pressure
• Strong analytical judgement, with the comfort to work with incomplete data, form a view, and stay clear about what you know versus what you are assuming
• Genuine curiosity about the business and the industry: you should want to understand what drives our economics, what our competitors are doing differently, and why
• Intellectual rigour: you check your own work, pressure-test your own conclusions, and produce analysis that others can rely on
• Readiness to work in a fast-paced, high intensity start-up environment

Requirements

• Must have experience handling Civil/Building/Data Centre project in Singapore
• Prefer with Main Con A1 experience
