Part-time Adhoc Event Ambassador (Hourly rate)| National Stadium

Location: National Stadium (Nearest MRT: Stadium)

Responsibilities

• Engage event visitors and introduce the benefits of The Kallang App and The Kallang Kaki membership.
• Explain on-site activations, including Fan Messaging, Premium WiFi, and exclusive member welcome perks available upon sign-up.
• Encourage visitors to download the app and register as members.
• Answer basic questions and provide friendly assistance throughout the activation.
• Create a welcoming and engaging experience while representing The Kallang brand professionally.

Requirements

• Friendly, outgoing and confident communicators.
• Comfortable approaching and interacting with members of the public.
• Passionate about customer service and creating memorable event experiences.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced event environment.

Salary

• Weekdays: $14/hr
• Weekend: $16/hr

Working Arrangement

• Working Hours: 4pm to 10pm
• *Note: If activated - usually weekends
