Product Designer (AI Agent Company)

About our client

Our client is a fast-growing, well-funded AI agent company. Product takes on complex work like deep research, data analysis and software development, and carries it through to a finished result. We're a small team building at the frontier, with an office in Singapore.

About the role

You will own the design of complex software products from first concept to launch, covering UX, interaction and visual design. You'll turn research, data and business needs into clear product decisions, and ship them together with product and engineering.

What you'll do

• Work with product managers, engineers, researchers and data teams from exploration through launch
• Prototype quickly, test with users and data, and iterate on the experience
• Design interfaces and layouts for web products, and build and maintain our visual system
• Set design direction for open-ended problems where the answer isn't obvious
• Follow your designs through implementation, including technical discussions with Mandarin-speaking colleagues, and help translate and review specs

What you bring

• 2+ years of end-to-end design experience on complex software products
• A portfolio that shows strong visual judgement: clean, considered and detailed
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-informed design
• Fluency with prototyping tools (e.g. Figma) and a solid product mindset
• Clear communication, and the ability to explain and defend design decisions

Nice to have

• Design system experience
• Experience designing conversational AI or chatbot products
• Motion design skills
• Experience using AI tools in your design workflow
