Salary: $5000 - $6000
Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6.30pm
Location: Redhill
Job Scope
- Managed the full project lifecycle, including authority submissions and approvals.
- Independently handled and coordinated multiple projects simultaneously.
- Administered construction contracts to ensure projects were executed in accordance with design intent, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintained close coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Prepared and developed architectural drawings and documentation accurately and professionally to meet project requirements.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture
- Minimum 4 years of relevant architectural experience
- Preferably with experience in industrial projects, particularly data centres and dormitories
